The idea is to wait for the monkey to kick the coconut above its
head.Wait until the coconut starts to come down again (but still above
head) and immediately click.If the first bounce is before 1000 monkey
meters,retry because the coconut will not go far. Also,when the
coconut starts bouncing lower than the screen before 2500 monkey
